President & CEO

John graduated from Ball State University with a BS degree in Art Area Education. He taught high school art classes for four years before starting his design business, Unique Design, Inc., which specialized in restaurants, banks, and lake homes. Mr. Jeffers then became the Graphics and Media Division Chairman for all thirteen regions of Ivy Tech State College and was the Interior Design Department Chairman & Lead Instructor from 1980 to 1986. John moved to Fort Myers, Florida and was the Design Director for a large commercial furniture company for the next 10 years. Five more years as a designer for the City of Fort Myers, gave Mr. Jeffers additional background in ADA, asbestos and air quality issues. As a Florida licensed interior designer (ID 0003313), John is proud to represent 3dp interiors, Inc. in his continual effort to provide safe, productive, and well-designed office interiors and commercial spaces for his company’s clients.

Senior Designer

Tina is a Florida licensed interior designer (ID 0003517) and she specializes in resorts, clubhouses, condominiums and model homes.  She has extensive design experience in the southwest Florida area and excels at custom window treatment designs.  Tina has established excellent relationships with architects, builders, workrooms and installers.  She has strong organizational skills in addition to her efficient, client programming ability.  From preliminary sketches to finished installations, she carries her projects through on time and in budget.  Tina is a graduate of Ivy Tech State College and has over 28 years experience in the field of interior design.

Design Assistant

Lauren went back to school, Southwest Florida College, to obtain her Interior Design degree – after receiving a Marine Affairs degree from the University of Miami.  She graduated at the top of her class and she has strong CAD and space planning skills.  Lauren prepares quotes, contracts, purchase orders, installation paperwork and invoices in addition to her design duties.  She interfaces with vendors and sales reps in keeping our extensive library of sources up-to-date.  Her customer follow-up is one of the reasons for our outstanding client loyalty and repeat business.
